Shipping policy
TRANSPARENCY IN TIMING:
- Samples are made within 25-30 working days from the day all payment is cleared and we have received your sample references (if you have any). The time frame depends on the difficulty of construction, trims and fabric sourcing. If you have a new unverified fabric (not from our verified stock fabrics) please be aware that this is likely to add to sampling time frames.
- Samples are sent via express shipping directly to the H&E studio. Shipping takes 5-10 working days. All samples are reviewed by H&E and then sent to the customer. Shipping from H&E to the customer takes 1-5 working days. A tracking link will be provided.
- Bulk Production takes 4-8 weeks from the date the 1st payment has been cleared. This depends on the difficulty of your styles and number of units. Shipping time is not included.
